- Establishment, registration, maintenance of Development Societies/Women’s Rural Development Societies.
- Organizing, establishing, registration and maintenance of Rural Development Regional/ District/ Provincial Boards of Authorities.
- Establishment and maintenance of Rural Women Training Centers.
- Establishment and maintenance of Rural Women Training Centers.
- Planning programs for rural development and their implementation.
- Coordinating with governmental and government-recognized local/ foreign non-governmental organizations established for rural development.
- To acquire any movable or immovable property, take possession of, let or take on lease or rent, mortgage, sell or otherwise dispose of and to take over to the original entity immediately after the expiry of the contractual period.
- Socialization of government policies and priority rural programs through Rural Development Societies.
